The flexible, Semi-Automatic Butter Wrapping Machine

Purpose: Packing and stacking of butter packages

The butter packages are led to the machine via a conveyor belt.
There they are pushed on a sliding plate and placed and stacked on liftingplate.
When the specified layers -one, two or three layers- have been reached,
the lifting cylinder lowers and the stacked butter packages are
pushed onta a discharge plate. The box is put over the stack of butter
packages and is then discharged. The filled box is now lowered onto a
roller conveyor belt and can now be stamped.

Drive: Electro-pneumatic
Triggering: By means of proximity switch
Compressed air connection: Hose nozzle 6 mm
Operating pressure: 6 bar.
 
 The vario layers can be adjusted by means of a selection switch
